Creative Event Training

Designed For Event Organisers Who Want To Stay Ahead

Potential attendees are turning their backs on the more traditional types of events. Our audience is moving online for engagement and excitement and they are seeking the innovative and creative atmospheres and environments, at TED and SXSW, Summits and Hackathons. It is no coincidence that the events which are structured to help them learn, do business, network, engage and enjoy themselves are becoming the norm. Our audiences are hungry for events that allow them to express their views, impact the content and the conversation. Event Organisers have to get creative to respond.

Gallus Events have created three “creative” one day training courses to support event organisers to stay ahead of their attendees and their other stakeholders.

    Creatively Engaging A Conference Audience

In the advanced session, Programme Producers will be transformed into Meeting Designers. Attendees will learn the steps to decide how much rearranging, reordering or revolutionising their content needs. So no matter the level of re-design your programme needs this course will prepare attendees to undertake that redesign. From shortening of a session or two, to changing your audience into participants, this advanced day will help attendees focus on how to increase the receptiveness of their attendees.

Creative Event Sales, Sponsorship & Marketing

The environment in which we sell the main elements of our events are exceptionally dynamic. Our tried and tested processes and now being tested and straining to cope. The environment in which we promote our events is one with much more competition. One with a downwards push on revenue. An environment were we have to consider; the design of our event and how our attendees, exhibitors and sponsors interact with our events. In order to raise revenue, we need to make our events more of a success. We have to address the true value our participants and stakeholders derive from our events. We have to do that in a much more creative way.

    Introduction To Creative Event Management

Events are continually changing to match the demands of new attendees. In order to ensure that those who organise events are staying on top of those changes, we must constantly revaluate the way we manage our events. In this interactive training day we will help attendees develop an exceptionally sturdy event management process that will underpin every type of event. On those foundations attendees will be able to lay more innovative and less “boring” events. Creativity is the key to more engaging events.
